Service

At KV Amusement we offer full service technical support for all of the amusement and vending machines we operate. To report problems please call or text 585-820-9452 with the machine name, location, and a brief description of the problem. Any additional information you can provide for us such as error messages, report of damage, noises, or screen images allows us to correct a problem more efficiently and effectively. The most common errors are usually fixed with the rebooting of a machine which can be done by simply unplugging the machine, waiting about a minute, and then re-plugging in said machine. But we ask that you contact us prior to unplugging the machine. Once the call has been received an experienced technician will contact the appropriate party to begin the repair. We pride ourselves in customer service so all calls will be handled immediately (unless other arrangements are made) and will be serviced in the order they are received.
