P & D Amusement was founded in the early 1900's. It was later purchased by Vincent Dalba Jr around 1952. The business began to grow into one of the most respected vending and amusement machine businesses in Rochester and the surrounding areas. In the mid 90's the company began to reposition its focus on other aspects of the business world. Competition increased and locations began to dwindle. In the new millennium a new manager, known as Keith Nicolosi, was appointed to run and eventually take over the business. After years of analyzing data, reviewing collections, and researching technology it was evident that change was needed. In 2007 a new design which included a complete overhaul and equipment update was set in motion. By 2008 the machine inventory was brought up to date while the outdated equipment was sold or donated. Keith Nicolosi owner of KV Amusement and grandson of Vincent Dalba decided to dissolve P & D Amusement into the newly established KV Amusement recognizing his grandfather the founder and himself. P & D Amusement and KV Amusement were established as a family business and remain one to this day. KV Amusement is continuing to grow at a rapid rate offering locations the newest technology and highest commission percentage topped off with the best service in the industry.
